How does DopaFit work?
DopaFit is an ADHD-friendly group coaching program designed to help you build strength, energy, and confidence through short workouts, simple systems, and community support — without guilt or overwhelm.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! You can train at home with dumbbells or minimal equipment. If you do have a gym, we’ll make the most of it.
What equipment do I need?
A pair of light-to-moderate dumbbells is perfect. If you’re brand new, we’ll adapt the plan until you’re ready.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are 10–20 minutes. Long enough to get results, short enough that your ADHD brain won’t rebel.
What if I’ve never stuck to a program before?
You’re literally the reason I created DopaFit. This is built for ADHD brains that get bored, overwhelmed, or fall off and restart. You won’t be doing this alone.
Is this self-paced or coached?
Coached. You get weekly group coaching calls PLUS daily support in the WhatsApp group. Not “good luck with your PDF.” Actual humans. Actual help.
Do I get individual guidance?
Yes — even in the group program, you still get personalised adjustments, habit support, and guidance based on your life, energy levels, and challenges.
What if I fall behind?

What if this doesn’t work for me?
Our Elite option comes with a “results or you don’t pay” guarantee. The standard DopaFit membership is a month-to-month group program.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. You can start from zero. Workouts are adapted to your level.
Is this okay for perimenopause or hormone chaos?
Yes — plenty of DopaFit women are navigating peri/menopause. Training is adapted to support energy, bone density, mood, and cycle variation.
Is DopaFit a membership or a 12-week program?
DopaFit is a monthly membership, while DopaFit Elite is a 12-week intensive with additional personalised support.
Can I use a payment plan?
The regular membership is a monthly payment. The Elite membership has 2 options - Outright (with a discount) or 3 equal monthly payments.
How long do I get access?
As long as your membership is active. You’re not locked into long-term contracts unless you choose the Elite 12-week program.
What’s your refund policy?
DopaFit Elite includes the “results or you don’t pay” guarantee. DopaFit Membership is a flexible ongoing subscription and doesn’t include refunds for previous payments.

There is one main membership portal which is the point of truth where you can find everything. You also have the option to use a private training app for easy access to — workouts, demo videos, check-ins, messaging, and habit tasks all live there (this is completly optional as I know that some can find this overwhelming)
Is the app easy to use?
Very. If you can scroll Instagram, you’re set.
Are the workouts video-guided?
Yep — every movement has a demo link so you’re never guessing.
